Imposter's Syndrome

Imposter Syndrome haunts even the most confident leaders. On the surface, they're steering the ship, looking like they know exactly what they're doing while inside there is a constant narrative of "How did I get here?" and convinced that they are just one powerpoint slide away from being found out.

The irony is the very qualities that make great leaders—humility, self-awareness, a willingness to learn—often fuel this monster..

True leadership isn't about being perfect or knowing all the answers. It's about having the courage to step up, learn along the way, and inspire others,

So, the next time that little voice whispers, "You're a fraud!", just nod knowingly, give it a polite but firm "Bless your heart," and carry on. After all, if we're all secretly convinced we're just winging it, maybe "winging it" is just another synonym for leadership.
